ORDERS + SHIPPING

 

All orders are fulfilled in and shipped from London. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship orders for ready-to-wear items from the shop. 

 

For made-to-order items, the production time may vary from 6-12 weeks depending on availability of materials. As a sustainable slow fashion label, our fabrics are often handwoven only as needed, before being crafted into a finished product. We appreciate your patience while we make something just for you.

 

Once orders are fulfilled, shipping time will vary by location:

UK: 2-3 business days

US and Europe: 3-5 business days

Rest of World: 3-10 business days

 

Orders are mainly shipped via UPS for international orders, or Royal Mail for UK orders. Tracking numbers will be provided. Once the package is with the courier, Azura Lovisa is not liable for shipments. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. Azura Lovisa is not responsible for customs duties and taxes or import delays for international deliveries. Delays in paying customs fees may result in a delay of delivery of your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

All made-to-order sales are final. If you believe an item you received is defective or damaged, please contact info@azuralovisa.com within a week of delivery. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair or alter items. We reserve the right to deny requests for exchanges or refunds.

 

You may return ready-to-wear items (archive sale products, jewellery, etc) sold by Azura Lovisa within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info@azuralovisa.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
